Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Ricky's Cafe. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Qualifications:- Education: Completion of a college program or a non-university diploma lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a similar role.
- Oversee and manage cash transactions effectively.
- Conduct evaluations of staff performance to ensure high standards.
- Calculate costs associated with products and services.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Lead, mentor, and train team members to enhance their skills.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Facilitate diversity and inclusion training for all employees.
- Foster an inclusive work environment for various demographics, including individuals with disabilities, newcomers, veterans, Indigenous people, and mature workers.
