Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at Indian Star Restaurant & Sweet Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient supply chain management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet business objectives.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

- Communication: Possess excellent oral communication skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Organization: Display strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate a team player attitude to collaborate with colleagues and achieve business objectives.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English is the primary language used in the workplace.
