Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tentatsu Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Operational Efficiency: Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and target market.
- Staff Performance: Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure that they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing and Events: Participate in marketing plans and implement events to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
