Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring efficient staffing levels
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Team Management
- Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Financial Management
- Manage cash handling, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring budgetary responsibility
- Marketing and Sales
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation, driving sales growth and revenue
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with repetitive tasks. The language of work is English.
