Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Big Way Restaurant Kingsway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet the demands of our customers.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in our food, service, and overall customer experience.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our staff, ensuring that we have the necessary coverage to meet the demands of our customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, team player.
