Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Representative - After-Sales Service. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for supervising the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation of furniture in hotels and student residences, ensuring timely and efficient completion of projects.
  • Travel to customer sites to respond to service calls and provide on-site support.
  • Plan and assess sales needs for each facility, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Organize and lead the logistics team to ensure seamless execution of installations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • DEC or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Essential bilingualism (French-English spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to work at heights.
  • Knowledge of furniture assembly and carpentry.
  • Professional attitude and integrity.
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate and guide a team.

Working Conditions

  • Variable work schedule on weekdays and weekends, depending on installation needs.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and Canadian passport.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be allowed to rent cars abroad.
