Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Motivate and lead staff through personal example, coaching, and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Recruit, select, and develop staff, ensuring a high-performing team that meets the needs of our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Assistant Manager to achieve sales and customer service targets, ensuring maximum customer coverage and efficient store operations.
  • Ensure departments are well-maintained, re-stocked, and markdowns are completed, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure employee adherence to Health and Safety Policies and programs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment or equivalent relevant experience, with previous management experience preferred.
  • Affinity for luxury golf equipment, apparel, and accessories, with a keen interest in the golfing industry and market trends.
  • Prior merchandising and planning responsibility required.
  • Detail-oriented and strong attention to customer service, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to meet a wide range of customer needs.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
