Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Forecast and deliver on revenue targets by highlighting our managed service capabilities in a cookie-less environment.
- Secure buy-in from agency and client partners by communicating the value provided by Cineplex first-party audiences.
- Work with the wider team to identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and opportunities to amplify existing/upcoming activations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions-oriented approaches to their unique business challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, allocation of responsibilities, and delivery.
- Maintain transparent communication with senior stakeholders and manage relationships with the wider team.
- Stay up-to-date with upcoming films, the OOH landscape, and cross-platform measurement capabilities.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education.
- Experience in media planning, strategy, and/or sales, as well as digital media sales.
- Proven track record of sales success, with experience developing, nurturing, and managing client relationships.
- Ambition to personally develop and help manage the development of others.
- Superior computer skills, including proficiency in MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
