Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
