Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at our London, Ontario head office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our CFO, Controllers, and other department staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and department staff
  • Distribute and process weekly and monthly cheque runs
  • Set up and maintain filing systems for multiple companies
  • Prepare and disseminate various correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Assist with project coordination and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in administration, business, or a related field
  • Three years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
