About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sushi Mountain. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service and quality food.

Inventory Management and Cost Control

Manage our inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu requirements and maintain profitability.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food prepared and served meets our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
