We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager or Principal to join our team, with the flexibility to work from any of our local offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating closely with partners, managers, and senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provisions, and advisory projects. Delivering exceptional tax planning, services, and guidance. Leading specialized tax projects. Providing ongoing support, mentorship, and professional development to staff regarding tax knowledge and issues. Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities for clients. Preparing and conducting technical training sessions for staff.

Qualifications:

At least 10 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on taxation. Canadian Professional Accounting Designation (CPA). Completion of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course or a Master's in Taxation. Strong attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven leadership abilities and a talent for coaching and developing team members. High proficiency in MS Office, Caseware/Casview, TaxPrep, and tax research tools. Demonstrated project management and time management skills to effectively organize and execute projects. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
