Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies.
- Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Basic security clearance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Private sector.

- English.
- Hours
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
