About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at Gets Immigration Solutions Inc. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Office Management
    • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Business Operations
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Communication
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Training and Development
    • Train staff on new procedures and systems
  • Conflict Resolution
    • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner
  • System Administration
    • Commission systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of office staff and systems
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Budget Planning
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a business services or administrative role
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
