We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our diverse warehouse team, playing a crucial role in delivering Wellness products and much more to our Canadian clientele. The warehouse associate position is ideal for individuals who take pleasure in assisting Canadians, collaborating across teams, and possessing the autonomy to work independently. In this role, you will be instrumental in picking, sorting, and packing our customers' orders.

Competitive Wage: $23.68 per hour
Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6AM
Training: The first week will be on the day shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Job Purpose:
The Receiving Associate will operate under the guidance of the Overnight Supervisor, responsible for daily receiving and inventory management tasks. Associates in this position are accountable for the accuracy, efficiency, and security of products entering the distribution center, as well as promptly reporting any discrepancies, damages, or other issues related to the products.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive products into the inventory management system.
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory count as it is recorded in the system.
- Meet the ongoing standards of key performance indicators.
- Report any count discrepancies, including damages or unsafe conditions, to the Receiving Coordinator and Overnight Supervisor immediately.
- Verify that all expiration dates comply with guidelines and report any short-dated products promptly.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for supplier and departmental improvements to the Receiving Manager.
- Assist with other shipping duties, such as picking, packing, sorting, and shipping, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe receiving area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse production environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
Working Environment:
This position is situated in a warehouse environment, requiring extended periods of walking and standing, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
