We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Co-ordinator to join our team at Trans 99 Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting and maintenance
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
- Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign, and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, including supervision of 5-10 people
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
