We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Trans 99 Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistics and supply chain activities of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Operational Oversight: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including shippers and receivers, transportation route and crew schedulers.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a warehouse setting.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week.
