We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Supervisor to join our team at Trans 99 Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the logistics operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure effective logistics operations.
  • Operational Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Supervision and Teamwork
  • Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including shippers and receivers, transportation route and crew schedulers.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective logistics operations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient logistics operations.
  • Physical Demands: Lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a warehouse environment.
