Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current registration with the provincial or territorial nursing regulatory authority.
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
