Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the provincial or territorial nursing regulatory authority.
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
