About the Role

Momentum Construction & Restoration Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Human Resources
    • Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with social media and spreadsheet software.
