Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and discrepancies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and shipping issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
