Job Overview

STOBAG NORTH AMERICA CORPORATION is seeking a dedicated Textile Processing Supervisor to oversee our textile production operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the textile industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate work activities across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet production schedules.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
  • Prepare detailed production reports and other necessary documentation.
  • Propose strategies to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed for production.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of a team of workers.
  • Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
Team Management

You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 16-20 individuals, including:

  • Fabric, fur, and leather cutters
  • Inspectors and testers in fabric, fur, and leather products manufacturing
  • Sewing machine operators
  • Textile fiber and yarn preparation machine operators
Work Environment

The role requires:

  • The ability to distinguish between colors
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
