Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Coordination: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the movement of goods, including local and international shipments, in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Address Verification and Correction: Verify and correct addresses to ensure accurate delivery of goods.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70lbs and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, with varying shifts.

Shift Details:

  • Shift Timing: 5 PM to 9 PM, approximately.
  • Expected Daily Hours: 3-5 hours, with flexibility based on workload.
