Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all policy requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Sales: Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft, and other types of insurance to clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all policy requirements are completed, including medical examinations and other necessary documentation.
  • Claims Monitoring: Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
