Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dynamic Freight Haulers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize workflows, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Organize and maintain inventory levels, requisition materials and equipment as needed, and ensure that all supplies are properly stored and secured.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Provide Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous workers, and provide awareness training to employees on diversity and cross-cultural issues.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
