Compensation Overview: The anticipated hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.20 to $26.50, based on a standard 37.5 hour work week. Your compensation will be influenced by your qualifications and experience, while also considering internal fairness.

As an Insurance Consultant , you will educate clients about insurance offerings, manage client relationships, and contribute to our growth within the community.

What We Value in You:

  • A strong focus on achieving sales objectives
  • Natural ability to build genuine client relationships
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively while maintaining confidentiality
  • Possession of an insurance broker level 1 license or actively pursuing CAIB/CIP (financial assistance available)
  • Preferred: 6 months or more of industry experience
