Position Overview:We are currently seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to become a part of our team in a permanent full-time capacity.

- Addressing ongoing client needs, providing insurance advice, conducting assessments, and recommending appropriate solutions
- Generating new business by selling policies to both existing and prospective clients while maintaining current accounts
- Engaging with underwriters and adjusters to clarify guidelines and policies
- Preparing necessary documentation for insurers, completing client applications, issuing certificates, and managing policy changes
- Staying informed on underwriting standards and operational procedures
- Participating actively in training and development initiatives
- High School Diploma and/or relevant post-secondary education
- A valid insurance license for New Brunswick or willingness to obtain one
- Industry certifications (CAIB, CIP) are advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong customer service capabilities and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Capacity to excel in a dynamic team-oriented environment
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
