Role Overview
In the position of Insurance Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales objectives through quotations and referrals for new business. Your daily interactions will focus on establishing enduring relationships with clients, safeguarding their most valuable assets.
A Day in the Life
- Provide clients with quotes and facilitate the sale of new insurance policies through various communication channels.
- Assist clients in acquiring their home and auto insurance policies.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while meeting sales targets.
- Follow up on client accounts to address any outstanding matters.
- Conduct outreach for new business opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups for policy renewals.
What You Bring to the Table
- No prior experience is necessary; we offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Possession of a RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is advantageous.
- Ability to navigate various software applications effectively.
- Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Previous experience in achieving sales goals in a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.
Working Hours: Full-time / 40 hours per week
Compensation Range: $45,000 - $61,000
