If you enjoy discussing insurance and delivering outstanding client service, this role may be the perfect fit for you. We are in search of a dedicated professional eager to enhance their knowledge and experience in the insurance field.

Compensation Structure: The anticipated hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.20 to $26.50, based on a standard 37.5-hour work week. Your compensation will be determined by your qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.

Role Responsibilities: As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and educating clients about various insurance products, managing client relationships, and enhancing our visibility within the community.

Candidate Profile:

  • Results-driven with a proven history of meeting sales objectives
  • Skilled in building genuine client relationships
  • Excellent time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks while maintaining confidentiality
  • Possession of an Insurance Broker Level 1 license or actively pursuing CAIB/CIP (financial assistance available)
  • Preferred: 6 months or more of relevant industry experience

  • Identify clients' business challenges and advocate for their needs with tailored recommendations
  • Assist clients with their insurance requirements using foundational underwriting knowledge
