Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TIM HORTONS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Service and Relations
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Administrative and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and wet/damp environment.
- Work Setting
- Food service establishment, coffee shop, and on-site customer service experience.
The successful candidate will be required to work 30 hours per week in a permanent position. The work language is English.
