Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for food service staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided during peak periods.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or café environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, and team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
