Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TIM HORTONS. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Quality Control: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: The work site environment is noisy, wet/damp, and hot.
- Work Setting: The work setting is a food service establishment, coffee shop, and on-site customer service.
