Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kashvi Restaurants Inc. as a key member of our culinary department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality customer service.
Lead and Manage StaffSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports to ensure the culinary department operates within budget and meets financial targets.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.
Food Order ManagementPrepare and submit food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely communication of customer orders.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing labor costs.

Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityTeam player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours35 hours per week.
