Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NORTH HILL SHELL GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a welcoming environment for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient restocking processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills
Work Environment:

Our store operates 35 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment opportunity. The primary language of work is English.
