Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at DC VAPES INC. as a key member of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of our dynamic retail environment.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize losses.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by resolving issues promptly and providing excellent service.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
As a Retail Store Supervisor at DC VAPES INC., you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of 3-4 people. You will be responsible for supporting the store manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
