Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are displayed attractively.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment or disposal.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring that the store is operating within budget and that financial targets are met.
    • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that they are minimized and that value for money is achieved.
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales floor staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
    • Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work a 35-40 hour week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
