Job Title: Senior Manager, Employee Communications

IG Wealth Management is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Employee Communications to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative employee communications strategies that drive engagement, retention, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Partner with senior leaders and business partners to provide strategic counsel and insights on HR corporate initiatives and communications
  • Manage the employee communications digital team, overseeing corporate channels such as intranets, e-newsletters, and digital boards
  • Collaborate with the Director, Employee Communications, to develop an annual HR internal communications plan with an innovative, streamlined approach
  • Provide editorial planning and support to ensure our leaders and employees are well-informed, engaged, and contributing to IGM's success
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Communications, English, and/or Public Relations required; additional designation is an asset
  • ~10+ years of experience in employee or corporate communications within a large organization or agency, with proven expertise in supporting senior executives and adapting messaging to reflect unique voices and for various audiences
  • Strong background in strategic communication planning, execution, and measurement
  • Superior writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to style, tone, and detail
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards
