About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Employee Communications to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience by leading innovative and metrics-based communications across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communications plan that aligns with our company's overall narrative and strategic objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders and business partners to provide strategic counsel and insights into HR corporate initiatives, confidential/urgent messaging, and business-as-usual communications.
  • Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including intranets, e-newsletters, and digital boards.
  • Manage the HR editorial calendar and continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee employee digital channels, including weekly newsletters, intranet site content, and targeted emails.
  • Regularly analyze, measure, and report on digital communication effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Communications, English, and/or Public Relations.
  • ~10+ years of experience in employee or corporate communications within a large organization or agency.
  • Proven expertise in supporting senior executives and adapting messaging to reflect unique voices and for various audiences.
  • Strong background in strategic communication planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Superior writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to style, tone, and detail.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
