We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Employee Communications to join our team at IG Wealth Management. - Partner with the Director to develop strategic communications plans and provide counsel to senior leaders and business partners.
- Lead the employee communications digital team, overseeing corporate channels such as intranets, e-newsletters, and digital boards.
- Manage the HR editorial calendar and continuously improve processes to maximize efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency across digital channels.
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Communications, English, and/or Public Relations.
- 10+ years of experience in employee or corporate communications within a large organization or agency.
- Proven expertise in supporting senior executives and adapting messaging to reflect unique voices and for various audiences.
- Strong background in strategic communication planning, execution, and measurement.
- Superior writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to style, tone, and detail.
- Exceptional project management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards.
