- Manage the HR editorial calendar and continuously improve processes, workbacks, and documentation to maximize efficiency.
- Oversee employee digital channels, including weekly newsletters, intranets, leader bulletins, targeted emails, and digital signs, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency across digital channels.
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Communications, English, and/or Public Relations required; additional designation is an asset.
