Job Title: Senior Manager, Employee Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Employee Communications to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience by leading innovative and metrics-based communications across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual HR internal communications plan with a focus on innovative and streamlined approaches.
  • Partner with the Director to develop strategic communications plans and provide counsel to senior leaders and business partners.
  • Write, edit, and proofread communications to ensure alignment with IGM's overall narrative and tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Oversee employee digital channels, including weekly newsletters, intranets, leader bulletins, and targeted emails.
  • Drive operational excellence by optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency across digital channels.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Communications, English, and/or Public Relations.
  • 10+ years of experience in employee or corporate communications within a large organization or agency.
  • Proven expertise in supporting senior executives and adapting messaging to reflect unique voices and for various audiences.
  • Strong background in strategic communication planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Superior writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to style, tone, and detail.
