About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Director to join our team at Ocean Pacific Pacific Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients and stakeholders.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the planning and control of budget and expenditures.
    • Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Training and Development
    • Arrange training for staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
