Corporate Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Director to join our team at Ocean Pacific Pacific Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Sales and Marketing
- Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients and stakeholders.
- Operations and Administration
- Oversee the planning and control of budget and expenditures.
- Manage payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Training and Development
- Arrange training for staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
