**Job Summary:**
Innivec is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Corporate Sales and Business Development to join our executive team and drive our corporate sales initiatives in the Western region of Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy for the Western region that aligns with the company's business objectives.
- Lead and manage the corporate sales team in the Western region, setting performance targets and ensuring they are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Innivec's corporate client base in the Western region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales plans and strategies tailored to the Western region.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are achieved.
- Recruit, train, and mentor the corporate sales team in the Western region, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales strategy, and team management, preferably in the Western region.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Western region to meet with clients and support sales activities.
