About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Plant N' Plate Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and ensure that we have the necessary ingredients to meet demand.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that we are providing exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma or equivalent experience in culinary arts.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.

Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Certifications

Food safety certifications and any other relevant certifications.
