- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all dishes meet our culinary standards.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage kitchen inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless kitchen operations, efficient service, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
