Head Cook

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Plant N' Plate Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

• Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and excellence, while meeting the dietary needs of our customers.
• Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
• Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all dishes meet our culinary standards.
• Inventory Management: Effectively manage kitchen inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing resource allocation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, and that our customers receive exceptional service.

• Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
• Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior culinary role, with a proven track record of success in menu planning, culinary leadership, and food safety.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
