Position Overview:

As a Hearing Care Professional, you will play a vital role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the joy of sound. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough hearing assessments and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid options.
  • Advising clients on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology to find solutions that fit their unique hearing needs and lifestyle.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients through compassionate, personalized service and ongoing support.
  • Staying informed about industry innovations and trends to provide clients with valuable hearing health education.
  • Promoting hearing health awareness through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Contributing your clinical knowledge to corporate projects and initiatives; mentoring students and training new team members as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic environment that adheres to operational and quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
  • Registered and in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Recent graduates and students nearing licensure are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and devices.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in technical aspects and computer usage.
  • Understanding of insurance and agency coverage related to hearing care services.
