Position Overview:

As a Hearing Care Consultant, you play a pivotal role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the beauty of sound. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough hearing assessments and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid options.
  • Advising clients on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology, ensuring they find solutions that align with their hearing requirements and lifestyle.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized service, along with ongoing support.
  • Staying updated on industry innovations and trends to provide clients with relevant hearing health education.
  • Promoting hearing health awareness through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Contributing your clinical knowledge to corporate projects and initiatives; mentoring students and training new team members as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic environment that adheres to operational and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Certification & Licensing:

  • Graduation from an accredited Audiology or Hearing Instrument Practitioner program.
  • Current registration and good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Recent graduates and students nearing licensure are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Skills & Experience:

  • Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and devices.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Commitment to ethical and professional standards.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in technical applications and computer systems.
  • Understanding of insurance and agency coverage related to hearing care services.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 annually
