Position Overview:

As a Hearing Care Professional, you play a crucial role in transforming lives by helping individuals reconnect with the beauty of sound. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough hearing assessments and interpreting results to recommend appropriate hearing aid options.
  • Advising clients on the latest advancements in hearing aid technology, assisting them in selecting the best solutions for their unique hearing requirements and lifestyles.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized service, ensuring ongoing support and care.
  • Staying informed about the latest industry developments to provide clients with valuable hearing health education.
  • Promoting hearing health awareness through community engagement and partnerships.
  • Contributing your clinical knowledge to corporate projects and initiatives; mentoring students and training new team members as needed.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to foster a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic environment that adheres to operational and quality standards.

Desired Qualifications:

Certification & Licensing

  • Graduate of an accredited Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
  • Registered and in good standing with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Recent graduates and students completing licensure requirements are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Experience

  • Up-to-date knowledge of hearing aid technologies and devices.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Commitment to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in managing tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong technical skills and computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services.
